Today I start a new chapter in my career as Learning Design and Content Manager at WorldRemit.
WorldRemit is is a cross-border digital payments service that provides international money transfer and remittance services in more than 130 countries and over 70 currencies.
With a mission to make transferring money between developed and developing economies quicker, easier and cheaper, it is a business with ethics that are close to my heart.
The decision to leave Commercial Express was one of the most difficult of my career, but I am excited to move into a different area of financial services. After nearly 25 years in the insurance sector, the time was right for me to try something new, with a bigger remit. (Pun intended.)
As Learning Design and Content Manager I will be responsible for the end-to-end design of Customer Service training programmes within WorldRemit.
I can’t wait to get started!
